Combine your child’s documents into one PDF
Add photos, scans and PDFs, put them in the order you want, and download a single PDF you can attach to a form or email.
What happens on this page
- Nothing is uploaded. Your files are combined by your own browser and never reach our website.
- Nothing is stored. Close or refresh this tab and every file is gone.
Drag your files here, or
PDFs, JPG, PNG and screenshots. Photos taken on an iPhone work best when added from the iPhone itself.
Privacy: how this tool handles your child’s documents
We built this tool so that your documents never leave your device. There is no upload. When you add a file, your browser reads it into its own temporary memory, assembles the pages, and hands the finished PDF straight back to you. At no point is a copy sent to Fair Funding BC, to Squarespace, or to anyone else.
In plain terms:
- We never receive your files. We could not produce them if we were asked to, because we never have them.
- Nothing is saved anywhere. No server, no database, no cookies, no browser storage. When you close or refresh the tab, the files are erased from memory.
- We don’t see file names, page counts, or anything about the contents. None of it is recorded or transmitted.
- No account, no email address, nothing to fill in.
The two things we should be upfront about:
- Our website runs on Squarespace, which — like almost every website — records ordinary visit information such as your IP address and which pages you viewed. That applies to this page as it does to any other. It never includes your documents.
- The finished PDF is saved to your own device, usually in your Downloads folder. It stays there until you move or delete it. If you are using a shared or public computer, delete it when you’re done.
The page uses one open-source component, pdf-lib, to do the PDF assembly inside your browser. It is a piece of code, not a service: it has no ability to send your files anywhere, and its authors receive nothing. The copy we load is cryptographically pinned, so if it were ever altered your browser would refuse to run it.
