The contract you sign with the Ministry. Sets your child's Annual Funding amount and the 12-month Disability Benefit Period. The Ministry published this sample on September 8, 2026. It includes a section on overpayments.

Invoicing Pathway Operational Policy

Version 1.0, dated August 31, 2026 and published September 11, 2026. It covers what Annual Funding can pay for, what needs approval first (a Request for Equipment, Supplies, Travel, or Training form, called a RESTT), the six-month invoice limit, and how to ask for reconsideration of a denied service or expense request.
