GENERAL OPERATING FUND

Your donation strengthens the call for fair, equitable funding for Autistic and Disabled people in BC. Every contribution helps us push for policy changes so children, youth, and families are not left behind or left with less.

Funds from this form support advocacy, research, and community outreach—from rallies to running the website. Your donation covers our hosting, marketing, and admin subscriptions, rally expenses, and bank fees. We're volunteer-run and every dollar goes toward holding the Ministry accountable.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION FUND

Your donation to the Freedom of Information Fund helps uncover how autism and disability funding decisions are really made in BC. Access to public records strengthens our advocacy for fair, transparent, and equitable policies.

Donations support FOI requests, document analysis, and sharing clear information with families, self‑advocates, and allies. Together, we can hold decision‑makers accountable and push for funding that truly reflects the needs of our community.

LEGAL OPINION FUND

Your donation to the Legal Opinion Fund helps us formally explore a legal challenge to the CYDB eligibility framework. We've engaged Arvay Finlay LLP, the firm behind the foundational 2022 legal opinion on BC's disability funding changes, to scope the strength of a potential case.

Donations support legal counsel, case scoping, and continued advocacy if a challenge moves forward. Together, we can push back against a framework that risks excluding thousands of BC children and youth from the support they need.
